As you all will be aware by now MAG has lost one of its most stalwart of members, when she was involved in a road traffic accident. The older hands in our group will have known Donna, and her loss will be keenly felt, although she was a Glos MAG member Donna would often come down and help us out at our various endeavours, especially at the helmet park within the securer bike park we run for the Enduro.
It will be very strange not seeing Donna not turning up on her outfit loaded down with MAG literature and regalia. Her keen wit will be sadly missed. The Troll
Due to an administrative error on our part we have lost Court Farm as this years rally site. Therefore we are now looking for a new site, and we are seriously looking into the possibility of moving to a green field site, which would mean a lot more work for us, but, it would mean we would rake in a lot more money for MAG. Organisationally it won’t be a great problem as Glos MAG have offered us the gear used at the Duk Dik Rally, as Paul put it ‘we have a rally in a box, ready to go.’ So all we need is a site any ideas chaps? Do you know of a friendly farmer with a field with good access and a water supply?
Sofa John (now a MAG member) is organising this event in aid of Freewheelers. And also the Classic Bike Show before hand, so MAX turn out please. The bike show kicks off at 2pm, and the party is at 7:30pm at Hewish village hall. Tickets now available.
Brian is once again leading rides to these extremely popular events held in Gloucestershire, so please don’t be late getting to Gordano Services for the 7pm start, or you will be left behind.
This social event is currently being organised, and will take place at Cromwells on June 21st, so could you please let the Troll know if you wish to attend and how many will be attending. A menu is available to choose from and would any vegetarians please let us know.
