Well it’s behind us now, and it was worth all the effort, so far I have heard no complaints, so every one must have had a good time. And of coarse the weather was very kind to us with warm sunny days but with chilly nights, and the expected high tides of course were not a problem. A very big thanks must go to those hard working soles who turned up on the Thursday to help set up, and even to shovel s**t. And thanks must go to the clear up crew, especially the bag ladies! To every one who helped Thank You.
Do we do it next year? You bet! Roll on GWR 2007
This can be a good little earner for MAG running the secure bike park, but it does require a lot of marshals, the Saturday is the quieter day but its all hands on Sunday when the main race is run.
Unfortunately this year the event clashes with Hogging the Bridge and Bristol MAG’s Soup Run, but we really need the manpower especially if the weather is good.
Bristol MAG runs this popular event every year to the Julian Trust for the homeless, where donations on cash, food, blankets and toiletries are handed over. As this clashes with the Enduro we have decided to bring donations along to our Wednesday night meeting prior to the run, then on Thursday take them up to Bristol MAG to hand them over.
Well this year is barely over and we need to start thinking about next year.

We need suggestions (sensible ones please) so we can have a good social calendar next year.
This year we are hosting the regional AGM at Hewish Village Hall on January 28th 2007.
